Brief: Aldrin has led an interesting life. First as a school teacher in Singapore, then a year long sabbatical to countries such as Iran, Pakistan and Syria; living in Japan for 3 years, to doing education projects with Apple and Google, and finally running his own consulting firm. Who says those who can't, teach? Teachers can do tons if they want to!

ABOUT ALDRIN TEE
Aldrin was an educator with curricular experience ranging from technical education to specialised curriculum for the gifted and talented. With inclinations towards technology, strategic and system design, he was appointed as Head of Knowledge Management in a top school in Singapore before leaving the service to pursue further professional growth and development.
Since 2010, he has travelled extensively around the globe studying people, culture and visiting institutions. He has began to unravel and understand the challenges and needs of communities and organisations in today’s world. He has since embarked on many projects, promoting Human Performance Improvement and advocating corporate and civic social responsibility in the areas of education, environment and sustainable life and living.
Aldrin is currently actively engaged in Organisational Development, Professional Development and Design Projects involving management training, consultancy for start-ups, social projects as well as talks and work-shops for various trade and industry organisations in the Asia Pacific region.
